Capcom announced on their blog that the PS Vita version of Street Fighter X Tekken will be delayed until the Fall.
All’s not bad news however as the game will get 12 additional characters for free. These characters will be DLC in the future for the other versions of the game.
The DLC characters are:
From the Street Fighter side:
Guy (Final Fight, Alpha)
Cody (Final Fight, Alpha 3)
Dudley (3)
Elena (3)
Sakura (Alpha 2)
Blanka (2)From the Tekken Side:
Alisa(6: Bloodline Rebellion)
Bryan Fury (3)
Christie (4)
Jack (Originated from Tekken 1, but model not specified)
Lars (6: Bloodline Rebellion)
Lei (2)The blog promises to release more details in the future, this also ties into the ESRB rumors about Alisa’s existence. The earlier release of the console versions allow the game to be included in the EVO fighting tournament this year.
Street Fighter x Tekken comes out on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on March 6th. The PC version will follow on May 11th and the exact PS Vita date is unknown.
